Is Daniel Obeng Fianko aka Cedis the new manager for Rapper D-Black?

On Saturday – June 17 when Hi-life artiste Bisa Kdei held his back to the hood concert dubbed: ‘Road to Konnect’, my team present at the event saw Daniel obeng Fianko popularly known in the music circles as Cedis walking with musician cum Ceo of Black Avenue and Club Onyx Dblack.

According to my rep at the event, Cedis was seen acting in the capacity as a manager for the ‘Personal person’ hit man Dblack. Cedis who has chalked many success with huge household music brands like Ruff N Smooth, Guru, Dobble and a lot of artistes per specific duties, just to list a few was also the manager and leader of Empire Records – a sub company under Empire entertainment.

For those of us who may not know his track record, let me share a few with you – as a manager he won major international awards with both Ruff N Smooth ,Guru and Dobble,
Now executive Director for 360 Group ltd. Cedis’ approach to music production and promotional ideas are second to none which reflects with him having a lot of number one hit songs and album to his credit with all the artistes he worked with. With Ruff & Smooth songs such as Swagger, Monalisa, Sex Machine and their debut album that had many hit songs where spearheaded by Cedis.
He also led Guru to number one hit songs like ‘Lapaz Toyota’,Boys Abre, ‘Nkwadaa Nkwadaa’, ‘Karoake’ and his debut album.Remember the success story of music duo Dobble. The latter became a household name within a year after they released songs like ‘ ‘Ee Manana’, ‘Seke’,good mood..
The above achievement is just to list a few of the success story of Cedis. If indeed he is the new manager for Black Avenue CEO Dblack then this collaboration will be great because Dblack also has a super successful track record in the music business.
So now the big question – ‘Is Cedis the new manager for Dblack’.?
Trust us to get you the full details and that exclusive interview with Dblack and Cedis soon.
